This was recommended by our therapist as we navigate some food related issues with our teen。 I love the author’s voice and the integration of mindfulness practices in a way that is accessible to young adults。 I highly recommend this as a read together experience for teens and their adults。

If this book had come out when I was in middle school or just starting high school it would’ve been my go to guide for the rest of my high school career, I guarantee it。 The topics that were covered were extremely insightful as well as relatable to middle school, high school and sometimes even post secondary。 I will be recommending this book at all girls who are in the “coming of age” realm。

Very cute and quick read - well written with easy recipes to follow and try。 Reminded me a lot of Kelley leveque。 Author explains her issues with gluten tolerance and how she takes a lot of everyday loves we find in the world and how she makes them more “safe。” I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily。
